Really awesome couple of blokes. Came in and did a very good job, I'm super happy with how the carpet turned out.They were friendly and put in the effort to get any existing stains out.

From Pauline Books & Media in the Sydney CBD, we wanted to have our tired-looking carpets cleaned during our Christmas New Year break. We had received a referral about the excellent service provided by Steam Hero and contacted this Company. My call was answered immediately. Both Joseph and Regi whom I spoke with were most obliging and kindly accepted to come at very short notice. In what was not an easy location to clean, our carpets are now meticulously clean, and look fresh and new. Joseph From Steam Hero did a fantastic job restoring our hallway tiles and outside tiles. He worked hard throughout the day and was extremely tidy and professional in his approach. The guys from Steam Hero were fabulous. My online enquiry was responded to immediately. I was given an appointment and they notified me 30 mins prior to arrival. Friendly and professional they did a remarkable job on my pleather lounge suite, dining chairs and rug. Would recommend to anyone. Great team and excellent quality of service. The couch is as good as new now and the rooms(old carpeted) never felt more fresh before.These guys are very friendly and approachable and the overall process is very transparent(they are happy to explain each step if you are curious).Before they left, they made sure that we are good with the quality of service and kindly advised us with cleaning tips/tools to reduce the dust(we have people at home with dust allergy).Thank you team and will see you in a few months!
