AVOID! Terrible service. Went for a gel pedicure and got shunted from one person to the next while several people did my pedicure with me left sitting there waiting for the next one to finish . Very rude manager who claims he is in charge" when I asked where did my lady go and is she going to finish the pedicure while I was left sitting there.Zero communication and a mediocrepedicure at best. No massage

Absolutely terrible...I have long nails and did acrylics there.. she would be doing my nails at one moment and then the second a new person arrived into the shop she would go and do their nails and disappear for 30 minutes! extremely rude, almost borderline being scolded at ! ended up being at the shop for 3 hours because they were just too busy doing everyones nails at the same time whilst you sat there waiting... clearly they are very overbooked. The worst part was, in 2 days my nail snapped off and it was the most excruciating pain ever! PS. in my 8 years of doing acrylics I have never had my nails snap off. never again!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this experience was really horrible and I don’t want anyone to have the same experience and be overcharged for a terrible job.I went in to get a pedicure before work as I did not have time to go to my regular salon. I asked for the basics; cut, file, buff and cuticles to be done, no polish. I noted on their menu in the salon that a basic pedicure was $15 and a deluxe was $30 (main difference being no polish and massage for the basic). I figured I would pay just over $15.Firstly, I believe the person who did my pedicure was not trained and was a salon manager. They cut my toe nails shorter, but did not file and the shape is absolutely horrible. When they did my cuticles, they literally only did my big toe and they were not gentle at all. They then did not even file my nails and proceeded to buff only my big toe and the skin around my other toes, which was incredibly uncomfortable. Just some cream was put and genuinely slapped onto my shins and tops of my feet; no cuticle oil or anything (the slapping also made me really uncomfortable).Secondly, they charged me $40(!!) for the pedicure that was poorly done, and I didn’t even get polish! I was running late to work so didn’t think twice but remembered later that the maximum price for a pedicure (deluxe) was $30 on the menu. The person doing my nails saw that I had good quality acrylics on my hands with detailed nail art, and I remember him remarking on it. I believe he knowingly overcharged me as he could see I would pay a lot for my nails.Safe to say I will never be going back there, and encourage everyone to ask the price/look at the service menu and agree on a price before the service, as they will rob you and you will end up with horrible nails and overall a poor experience. If you’re thinking about just popping in because you can’t make it to your regular salon, just wait to go to your regular salon.

First visit here for SNS fingernails and they did a great job. Excellent choice of colours too

Nails turned out fine but the service of the ladies working there was terrible. They were unfriendly and I found them to frankly be quite rude. My cuticles were cut to the point that they were bleeding and sore. The towels on the manicure table were not clean - clearly hadn't been changed from previous manicures. Will not be going back.

I’ve had my nails done their before, gel and normal polish on natural nails were totally fine and the quality was good. But this time I went to get tips and SNS. They clearly didn’t know what they were doing, took an hour with 2 girls and my nails were done thick, chunky and not at all the almond shape I wanted. I tried to ask them to fix the nail, they’d file it for 2 seconds and move on which wasn't fixing it at all. Absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had and they charged me $65. Never going there again. Please if you want good quality and service don’t go here.

Nails turned out ok, however service was appalling. I was served by a woman called Youm who was quite rude. As a fluent Vietnamese speaker I understood that she was bad mouthing not only myself but other clients in the salon during my time there. She was quite rude and constantly reminded me to relax as she filed my nails and offered no apology despite me telling her that she was being a bit too rough and that it had hurt. All the ladies there were incredibly kind and would ask their clients if they liked the look of their nails or if there was something needed changing however I never once got asked if the result was what I had desired. Overall I had two layers of shellac atop my natural nails and it still was not as opaque as I had hoped.

the lady who served me was so rude! she spoke to me rudely and kept pulling my hands. Usually when you get your nails done they would shave your nails down and make them the right shape and take off dead skin. she didn't even shave my nails she just painted them and got nail polish all over my skin. then she made us pay extra for some reason. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE IF U WANT QUALITY AND NICE STAFF!!! also my nails look like a five year old did them..

I've had a lot of pedicures and GlamourU have been the first to smooth the tops of my nails with a drill before painting and it has made such a difference to how nice they look. Thanks for going that little bit extra :)

BEST experience, ladies were so great and nails turned out so perfect! Will definitely be coming back!!
