Very poor customer service experience and felt overall unprofessional with the door closed and loud music playing upon arrival we knocked multiple times and then scolded for knocking “too quietly” upon entering - this being more than five minutes after arriving. Brad made negative comments about my daughter (who was 5 months old) simply because she was shy - she wasn’t unhappy, she was well-behaved and photographed well and yet he continued to complain that she wasn’t smiley. Brad did not pose my daughter or give any guidance or ask me to assist in posing her at all, therefore she looks slouched and uncomfortable in all her photos, he also cut off our session after 10 minutes despite my daughter being in good spirits to continue for the full 30 minute session. Afterwards he continued to be negative saying “let’s see if we even got anything out of this session” as if to imply that my well-behaved daughter would have photographed poorly.The photos themselves were cheap, however I would pay significantly more for a welcoming experience with a photographer who took the lead and made the children and parents feel comfortable.

Very disappointed with this photographer. Didn't even attempt to take good photos. He was actually quite terrible with my children. Abrupt and impatient, and didn't even try to photograph my newborn. It was a terrible waste of our time and money and actually a very unpleasant experience for our whole family. I'd warn others against booking with him

I would strongly suggest people not go off the few negative reviews and go and see for yourself. I've had 3 sessions now for my daughter and have found both experiences positive and great photos were taken in each. The fact that free sessions are provided is amazing and you are not pressured into buying all of the photos. I have recommended Brad to my family and friends and wish him all the success. Can't wait to have many more sessions in the future!
