Hired them to move my car from melbourne to perth. I was so nervous as it was my first experience but they made it good one. Customer service was good and the car was delivered on time. Keep up the good work guys!

Never EVER book Emu car carriers. All of our stuff was stolen which is horrific. Someone has gone through all our personal belongings and thrown them around the car. Emu was no help, only shifting blame between other carriers as Emu does nothing themselves. We had to call them 10 times to even find our car. They lied to us numerous times. DO NOT BOOK WITH EMU UNLESS YOU WANT ALL YOUR STUFF STOLEN AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Useless company, Quote $970 over phone then book and send invoice for $1500 stay clear won't even offer insurance on classic cars.
