Kogarah Quality Meat
This shop is in convenient location in front of Woolworth at Kograh station. Had really good customer service while i was there to het Chicken meat. Meat was fresh, thank you for the service. Didn't like the smell of the shop on that day other then that everything was perfect.

Totally disappointed. Worst service that we ever experienced.We went to buy goat feet but there was one pork feet mix with it. We went to complain about it but they totally refused instead they blamed us saying we bought the pork meat from some other place and took a photo of it to accuse them. They told us never come back to our shop again if you are not happy. We told them that we gonna write a google review and guess what he said??? I quote “ if you do that, i know what i should do to you as well” .

Never have I ever been to a butcher that won't cut meat up for a customer. Asked for half a kilo of pork belly but apparently you need to buy a whole kilo worth. The lady was watching her phone with headphones on in front of customers.I want to support small businesses especially as there is a Woolworths right next to it. But if you don't want to give respect and cater towards your customers, don't run a business. No idea how this place survives if they're okay with letting good customers go.

Worst customer service ever!! The guy at the counter doesn’t know how to speak English only whispers and nods. He said they can cut the meat into small pieces but he didn’t bother cutting half of it...Never going back ever again

Extremely rude customer service. Was told by the lady that I can’t neither choose the size I want nor check the quality of the meat as other customers might not like it. Well the reason I’m checking is I got off meat from you last time and the meat you handed to me looks extremely dry. It’s only for my dog but still it needs to be eatable! Might re consider your shop name. And if that staff member doesn’t want to be helpful they should then not work at all and might also consider their position

Worst meat and chicken mince ever. Should have checked the review before going there. My friend recommended it for chicken mince but it smells awful like goat (boka) meat while eating . It completely ruined our dinner just because of that mince. This is disgusting.

A great local butchers in a very convenient location in the shopping centre right near the entrance to Kogarah station. Its so easy to drop by hear on your way home from work. Excellent quality meat and poultry at reasonable prices. Great customer service.

The worst goat meat I’ve ever had. Got so strong smell that i was pretty sure they mixed lamb or any other meat (smells like boka meat) in it. Definitely not pure goat meat. Lucky that I bought only half kg yesterday. Cooked and chucked the whole thing into bin.
