I do a shop up around once a year, can be frustrating as sizes can be an issue with shoes especially. The staff were brilliant Adam and Eliza took their time, even gave some time to our 2 year old during me trying on clothes. A very professional and friendly bunch. Great experience.

Went to purchase a Sweat shirt and stood at the counter being ignored by two staff helping one shopper. Not acknowledged at all. Picked garment up and put it back on hanger infront of them both. Still nothing so took it back, hung it up and left. I'll be with you in a minute" would have saved the sale. Rude."
