I have recently signed up for the Diploma in Project Management and so far I’m very happy with everything. The resources are modern, my trainer is great (and Australian, I was worried that they outsourced their staff like a lot of other RTOs seem to do these days) and I feel like I’m actually learning something. I paid for a Cert 4 training and assessment in 2014. The content was easy enough however the assessments asked test questions about content not taught. I aked the trainer who agreed and suggested the course comming out next year would be much better. Really its a big abuse of clients money.. I completed about 6 modules when working, in spare time. content was all over the show, poor content, poor assessment feedback, I would say more like a company who is out to make money, students put up or shut up. No real assistance or constructive feedback.

I had a great experience with First Choice Training.Considering the price of the course there's a great deal of support. The training staff were very accessible, and knowledgeable. The resources were clear, and achievable.I will definitley consider future studies with First Choice Training.

Done both Certificate IV and Diploma in WHS in this College. Always every subject had useful information with logical structure and easy access. Office staff and teachers are professional, helpful and very supportive. Very happy. Thank you, guys!

Don't make #firstchoicecollege your first choice RTO. My experience is their choice of the dollar over their students. Courses are discounted because that is their attitude towards their students. I'll pay more to study with an RTO who values students over money.

I have just completed a course with First choice training and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was given enormous support and assistance in completing the course and because of this I feel 100% confident entering the workforce in my chosen field. I really appreciate the hard work that is put in to support students and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to complete an extremely high quality and well organised course.

CERT IV in Business AdministrationI am very happy with the course that was provided. My trainer Jacob was very helpful in his feedback. The office staff were always friendly.I have myself been a trainer for the past 10 years, so knowing the RTO world is a benefit:- I'd have to say I think this program has the best delivery mode for students, the context was appropriate and easy to follow.I would highly recommend this company and this course.

I have recently completed my Diploma in Business. I had commenced the course with no experience apart from a previous Certificate III and found it to be a great way to increase my skills. I felt confused at a few points, but when I contacted the office they put me through to friendly trainers whom would work with me and help me find the right direction.Thanks to everyone at the First Choice Training office.
