I wonder how people gave negative reviews to LaRose??This is my very first time visited to LaRose and they provided exceptional customer services. As soon as someone walk in, everyone greeted the client friendly at the same time and direct to appropriate seat. I can see they focus on customer satisfaction. I didn’t see any staff member rushing to get the job done like what was on the reviews. After the service the staff put lotion on my hands, gave me a small light massage and even steam my hand with a warm towel. Kelly, who got my SNS done was amazing. LaRose really focus on customers!!!! Prices are very reasonable compared to others.I will be your regular client from now on.Definitely recommend!!!!

Bliss Nail and Beauty are the best in the area. I have tried so many around the Campbelltown area and found there work and service to be fantastic.

La Rose was the shop I went to every fortnight for years until I moved away they WERE amazing. I went there yesterday after moving back thinking they were still amazing unfortunately I received such bad attitude today I was in shock I was treated the way I was considering I have always shown loyalty and respect to them not to mention I have also recommended La rose to many of my friends and family I brought in many customers that continued to go there. Yesterday I got a fullset & pedicure loved them, great shape and colour however 4 hours later my nail snapped while doing the washing, today I returned to see if I could get it fixed I was willing to pay I did not go in with attitude I understand these things happen.Today I was sat down and was treated like I did something wrong it was my fault why my 4 hour old nail snapped off, like mentioned I understand these things happen anyways I get my nail painted, only 1 layer was painted I asked if I could have one more as it the colour was light I could tell that annoyed Jess, once that layer was done she told me it was done but not to mention I didn’t get a top layer painted or anything like you would with a nail service. I was booted out basically and I felt so uncomfortable and so shocked I was treated the way I was. My “fixed nail” looks worse I would rather a missing nail to be honest, rushed shape and not completed correctly at all (I will post the difference between original is left and right is fixed"Yes my nails are quite short but it’s no excuse as ive had nails forever & they’ve been much longer so don’t use excuse my real nail is short & that's why within 4 hours it snapped off. Not complaining about the nail I am complaining about the horrific service I was handled after being very loyal to their company & being treated as if it was my fault. The salon was not busy at all yesterday and today so it’s also not an excuse to say they were busy that’s why I was handled disrespectfully. After today I won't be returning which is quite sad as I have always loved their salon I don't know what has happened."

Had a wonderful experience the first time I went in, I watched the technician the whole time and inspected my nails and was happy! So obviously had to go back! Well, this is where I went wrong in trusting that this business is consistent and take pride and care in their work.Called ahead of time to ensure they were able to cater to us (3 in total), we were informed it’ll be okay! We started with a pedi, selected my colours everything’s great.Then we started on my manicure, I selected SNS as last time and informed the technician that I wanted to reduce the length slightly to match my natural nail (1x tip applied on the left hand). The technician removed the SNS and proceed on the right hand to CHOP OFF my beautiful pinky and ring finger nail and asked if this length is okay! It’s already gone and I don’t want tips, she didn’t even ask before cutting, just CHOP CHOP CHOP! I informed her not to go any shorter. She then finished off my nails. I clearly wasn’t happy as another technician came to inspect my nails and continue to shape and buff them. In the end most of my nails were uneven lengths. When I stated I wasn’t happy my nails are shorter than they should be I was informed that it’s due to the nail with the tip that was shorter. But then why did you hack my right hand off before even asking??My sister then complained as her nails and my mums nails were not satisfactory. Sister - bubbles through the SNS Mum - nail came off in less than a week. They went back (I didn’t cause how are you going to fix my NATURAL nails, by adding tips on them??? Which isn’t what I wanted. They then proceed to state to my sister and mum I was fussy and a perfectionist to want my nails the same length.I definitely will not be back. If you are a perfectionist with your nails and require attention to detail I highly recommend you go somewhere else as this is not the place for you. Cause trust me, they will blame you.

Sadly when businesses are trying to get more customers (money) they lost quality. Today happened to me. I visited this place and had a bad experience with their service, they were rough, in a rush and very poor quality. Lesson learned. Definitely not coming back.

Excellent service from start, greeted, seated ( and they are the best massage seats I have come across) , an then an excellent pedicure.
