Chris saved our lives by completing our build after our first builder went bankrupt half way through the project last year. The reason we decided to have Chris build our house was his good manners, professionalism and planning abilities. Wow!! This was our first time ever building and we were nervous on picking the right builder. From the beginning, Chris from Beach Breeze was patient, understanding and supportive of the entire process. He took on feedback and gave us the direction we needed when we were unsure. He organised everything and made the process so easy and smooth as we both work long hours and pretty much communicated via email late at night. Nothing was too much trouble, especially with my last minute creative inspiration to change directions in the build. Chris made everything seem easy and was a dedicated leader of the project.
