What's going on..y said to come here today and pick up..it's allmost 10am and not open.. how do I get my item today like u said to me..ive paid

These lovely people made my very expensive Rossi hiking boot which have traveled many miles with me better the new.Awesome service and work.

They're average to below...take forever to complete and then doesn't hold.

Mortified is an understatement. I took two pairs of mules in. They only had slight lifting and were still able to be worn and planned to wear following day for work. So felt I would get a quote to get them fixed soon.Said to the lady ‘I just want a quote at this time because I still need to wear them for work, so not ready to hand them over just need a price’ annnnd what does she do — rips half the souls of BOTH pairs to the point of not being able to wear them again till they are fixed.Then just dropped/threw them and said ‘yup glued gone can pick them up end of next week’Said to her ‘wish you didn’t rip them like that I needed one pair for work tomorrow and now I don’t have any’ she just shrugged and said ‘it needed to be done’.Zero care. Didn’t listen AT ALL.I’m a fair person but the encounter was horrible. I walked out in tears because I felt so dismissed and no unsure on how to get them fixed asap.Went to mister minute and had them fixed for my work day the following day. After hearing the story, they charged me the same price as what the horrible lady was charging.The lady needs a serious self check. Very grumpy people..It’s actually the second time I’ve been here and honestly didn’t have a entirely pleasant experience the first time either.

Top job at a reasonable cost!I was greeted by Joshua and explained that I wanted him to build up my shoe. He said he could do it no worries and he listened carefully about how I like it done. He was cheerful and attentive to my needs.I got a call on the day he said it would be finished informing me the job was complete. I picked up the shoe and it was built up exactly as we discussed. He did a great job and was very friendly and it was reasonably priced.I will definitely return in the future to get any shoe repairs done by Sunshine Shoe Fix!I went here after a dreadful experience trying to get a shoe built up at Mister Minut. I will never return to the rude and incompetent people at Mister Minute in Nambour Plaza.

Just went in after calling up for an emergency repair. Got the most amazing service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this local business unlike the francised options who seem to miss the real art of the trade.
