Not self service. They have about 6 regular, top loading machines and ~4 large dryers. If the operators are using all the machines, they won't let you do your own. If you want self service, it seemed as though you would have to wait until they were not busy.Open on Sunday only until 13:00.

I had a swimming-trunk to downsize and most other alterations said they couldn’t do it or wanted to charge an outrageous price. This Vietnamese lady accepted to do it for $40 and it was very well done. My swimming-trunk looks like new now but just smaller.

Amateur hour…There are piles of clothes everywhere and a complete lack of ordering system. The pressing of the shirts was well below quality. I went one time because they were open on a Sunday- which was a mistake.They lost one shirt but replaced it with another one.

Completely regret going hereI tried this place because it stays open later than my usual placeWhen I arrived to pick up my clothes, I was told that my washing had been mixed up with someone else’s load. I get this happens and I went through and picked out my items.I didnt notice but the lady must have put a pile of the stuff I just picked out in someone else’s basket. I didn’t notice until I came home.I returned 30 minutes later and explained that I was missing about 10 items with a value of a few hundred dollars. The lady laughed at me and said “ha a few hundred”, then told me i couldn’t look through.No apology and would not give me any of the 7O I paid back for a few shirts ironed and a load of washing.Do yourself a favour, twice the price and they’ll lose your stuff without caring

overpriced and wrong prices on the list displayed in the window.though they announce self service laundry it is not.I would not recommend that place.

This laundry is blaster!I got my suit dry cleaned here, and I found it still totally dirty when I got it home. When I went back to the shop, I talked to them very nicely, but the couple owner were mad! They shouted to me: Go out and don't come back again! Then they even throw the clothes to me!! I think they has Bipola Disorder!So everyone just be careful!

Have been here over the last 4 years and they never fail to get our clothes cleaned properly.Always folded and packed neatly to be picked up.A couple of times I was late after work and they still opened their doors for me to pick up the clothes after hours.Very sad to see their mascot pug pass away. He was super friendly and will be dearly missed.

While I’ve been waiting for my under-warranty machine to be fixed, I decided to give these guys a try. The owner doesn’t have too much English, and perhaps customer service won’t be why you return. (For example I had no idea how much it will cost, so just trusted them with it.) But I was so impressed of three loads being washed, dried, and neatly folded in less than 3 hours for $35, that I felt compelled to write a positive review. Highly recommend this place.

Tried to call to ask if they have capacity to wash a queen mattress topper and the man on the phone was repeatedly shouting I'm busy come tomorrow and couldn't answer a simple question! You won't ever be getting my business! Worst customer service EVER!

The only 2 times I called them to ask a question, the guy was awful!!The second time I asked if they could dye some covers, he hung up on me!!I haven't even been there yet but they have been so unrespectful to me that I would never go for sure!!!I was chocked the way he talked to me twice on the phone
