Since the new owners took over in October I have started coming back to this servo, amazing staff, extremely helpful and friendly. Staff always have a smile on their face.

I have MyToyota and it has a 10c/litre off at the moment for participating Caltex servos. I double-checked that the Rothwell servo was part of the deal but when I went to pay about 10 minutes ago the lady at the counter told me quite abruptly that they do not take those codes" and only take Woolies rewards cards.I then double-checked when I got back to my car and they definitely are a participating store and I feel quite put out that I did not get my discount"

Top staff, genuine and hekpful. Good coffee at cheap prices. Fuel prices very close to the lowest around. Store is clean and bright and well cared for.

I wasn't aware that every day rewards program can only to be used for only obtaining points,not for the 4cent discount on fuel. Therefore not sure when Ampol or even every day rewards notified members of rewards ,that Ampol only to offer points no discounts for rewards . STRANGE THAT I missed this change?

Was there this morning and the person who opened up had no idea what they were doing, didn't know how to turn the pumps on or how to open the till. Very poor service.
