Such a fun time as always - was the best thing seeing my 9yo psych himself up and hit the air bag for the first time. Could do with some better bandaids and bandages in the first aid kit though! ;)

This place is awesome. My boys (10 & 12) love it here. Great value, very well thought out ramp area with a good viewing area to sit and watch/work while the kids have fun!

Cool place. My son (11 years old) loves it here and so hard to get him to the home end of the sessions. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. I am sure my son will go back in a couple of days and looking forward to trying the school holiday program. Upstairs is great for parents to sit and watch.

Facilities were top notch. The staff were amazing, coaching the kids and having safety as their number one priority. Would thoroughly recommend this for a private party anytime. The viewing area was great for the parents to be able to see the kids at all times

Kids loved it, I was wishing there was coffee there or at least somewhere nearby - but my boys made me take so many videos/photos I wouldn't have been able to drink a coffee anyway ;)

Website advertised 9am opening time. Turned up at 9-45 for a 10am booking to find the place closed. A couple of phone calls to the number on the website went to voicemail then 5 mins to 10am (booking time) a car pulls up and someone gets out to open up.The boys enjoyed the ride in the park and had fun, but the customer interaction could do with some work.

I have 3 sons who absolutely love Big Air!! The staff are wonderful and encouraging and the facilities are perfect, allowing them to improve their skills.
