Fantastic service! Highly recommended! (read the whole review) Johannes was our migration agent for our 491 visa as well as the skills assessment (which was a prerequisite). Our visa recently got granted well ahead of the official processing timeframe. While Johannes cannot directly influence processing times it is worth mentioning that there was not a single inquiry into our application by the officials. So all of the documents and forms must have been prepared perfectly. FURTHERMORE, in every stage of this journey Johannes has been exceptionally responsive to our questions (often answering emails within minutes or hours as well as being available for phone calls no problem). This is way above and beyond of what we experienced with other migration agents that we worked with for previous visa applications. It is just such a good feeling to always have access to expert knowledge AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. After the application was lodged (and Johannes was paid in full) he kept answering all of our questions in the months of waiting for the grant letter.
