Definitely a nice looking jewellery shop. But I can't say any more than 5☆'s as don't want someone to know im looking at chains & Quality Rings. Now more than 5stars as im going to purchase either b4 or after X-mas.

Finally had my nose pierced. SCOTT was amazing! He explained the procedure in detail and I felt really confident. He was so gentle - the piercing felt like nothing more than brief, tight pressure; with a bit of a kick! Thank you so much, Scott

Love this Shop. Prices aren't too bad.. young lady with long blonde hair and wolf tattoo on her leg is delight to talk to.. shes always smiling and happy to help you find that something special.. she also lets you know if there's any specials for you to Take advantage of.

21/03/22 - Was here for the weekend from a small rural town which doesn't have this store and specifically came to this part of town, only to find it was closed, with no signage or explanation on the door.

Very disappointed with customer service. The girl with dark hair was very blunt and informed us that piercing would not be available for a week because they did not have a chair. I have been I the store before and watched people standing and getting it done?

Bad customer service. While i totally understand the no returns policy for earrings due to hygiene, i found it very unreasonable that i could not exchange the product even without having left the store. Soon after paying i saw something i liked better and despite it being more expensive i asked to swap with the one i had just bought and top-up the balance and even that was not possible due to the no returns policy"."

Scott pierced my 3rd lobes for me, I’d had them done incorrectly once before, but Scott talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and explained the correct aftercare. He’s such an asset to this company, loved his patience and care. He deserves a raise!

Made my daughter cry on her birthday. Had made an appointment to get her ears pierced (this included providing my contact details) after my daughter getting excited all day to get her ears pierced we arrive to the appointment and are told the piercer called in sick that morning. Maybe contact people if their appointment has to be rescheduled!

not for the young staff as they typically do a good job but for the managers higher up. one of the worst places i ever worked as a young person, you have been warned.
