Very tired of the incompetence of the Wholelife Pharmacy staff and their ridiculous wait times if there are people getting their vax leaving people who want to get prescriptions just hanging in mid air for unreasonable lengths of time. Attitude of one of the pharmacists leaves a lot to be desired….very rude. As I require scripts on a regular basis I expect efficient and friendly service and this is far from that…. I have taken my business elsewhere. As a newish business it is important to keep your customers happy so that they keep coming back ….it’s called Customer Service.

Favourite shop with extensive range of products to browse, compare and purchase. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway they can. Always well kept, stocked and easy to explore.Couldn’t recommend a better place to shop, you’ll never know what you may find that may benefit you!Prices are also hard to beat

Love this store.I've been here for a float in their magnesium pool, love this. So relaxing and I feel great afterwards. If you haven't tried one, do!Really like the range of good quality products in this store, especially with the range of local sourced products, from sweets to savoury, fresh or packaged all your health and wellness needs covered.Staff are bright, bubbly and super helpful. A staff member helped me out with supplements, particularly the Herbs of Gold brand.It's always exciting to see what goodies I can pick up every time I go in.

I went in for a brow lamination and lash lift today. Edyen did an incredible job! My brows are night and day and definitely the best lamination I’ve had anywhere on the coast! Thank so much Edyen I feel so great!

I phoned the store to get a hard-to-get product.Spoke with Leonie & she checked to make sure the product was in the store.When I went into the store, the product was bagged & ready to go.Great old-fashioned customer service.Well done!!Thank you.

The pharmacist is very incredible. She’s gonna attend to your needs. And staffs are very kind and approachable.

I’ve never felt so humiliated in a store before.I picked up and paid for a script and was charged around double. I questioned the price and was told that I hadn’t paid for a previous script. I knew this wasn’t the case and offered to try and locate the receipt to prove my transaction. Upon investigation I was told it was a mistake in their system and the issue had been resolved, they were apologetic and all seemed to be OK.I returned to the store recently and was again asked to pay more. On neither occasion did the cashier mention there was an outstanding amount owing – I could have easily paid more completely unaware.I was told I couldn’t leave the store without paying the extra funds. I logged in to my bank account and presented my transaction record to prove my purchase on the exact date in question and was told that “could have been for anything”. I have only ever purchased prescription medication from this store. I was so humiliated being made out to be a thief!To any customers of this store – check over how much you should be paying before making your way to the register. I went back after the first time giving them the benefit of the doubt when they acknowledged their error, but won’t be returning after the way I was treated this time. I hate to think of how many people they have ripped off when I’ve had the same experience twice now.

I had a voucher for a tranquillity package and it was really nice. Eden was my therapist and she really knows how to get you to relax. She's confident in what she does and both the message and facial were great. I will definitely go back.

I am a frequent customer of this store and love the amazing range of products. Today, however I received customer service above and beyond by your very knowledgeable staff member and naturopath, Bella. My friend and I did not request any help but she noticed we were having trouble deciding on what we needed so offered help then went out of her way to be so helpful! Not only this but the products she recommended really helped! She was so kind my friend and I asked when she works so we can seek her out again for further health advice in the future. Highly recommend this store and the staff who work there!
