Brisbane Glass Splashbacks

We have organised and work with Brisbane Glass Splashbacks to assist with our new kitchen, the works provided was great and the splashback looks good.However, once the invoice arrived on the evening after the installation date the itemised listed covered 4 gpos cut out when only 2 gpo exists. I phoned an queried the mistake, no apology was given or reason to explained why, simply a respond of 'Oh ill send you a new one' and hung up. The revised invoice credited $65, i am sure his rate to cut out 2 gpos will far exceed stated amount if i were to ask for additional cut out gpos. But i will provide the price guide for other consumer to reference future works.Overall, the unprofessionalism over an accounting error was unexpected. Recommend consumer thoroughly go through their itemised invoice and understand what items you are paying for. I am in a trade myself and have seen far too often the excess they would attempt to add but when it comes additional works would cost far more than the amount you expect credited.

Would highly recommend Kurt from Brisbane Glass Splashbacks. They supplied and installed our flameless glass shower screen. Our walls were uneven and our tiling was not level so he really had his work cut out for him, but the finished product was amazing. Brisbane Glass Splashbacks replaced our large mirror kitchen splashback and did a beautiful job. We are very happy with the result. It is also nice (and rare) to deal with a company with integrity and who genuinely care for their work and customers. Very highly recommended.

Thank you Kurt for installing my splash back, I absolutely love it, I can’t recommend Kurt at BGSplashbacks enough, I asked around for a few quotes and Kurt was the only one to come back to me, pretty much on the day plus after coming to measure up I had my glass splash back in 7 days and this was all before Christmas too, so yeah, if you need good quality, fast and efficient then Kurt is the best there is.

I just received a quote from Brisbane Glass Splashbacks to replace a mirror in our gymnasium. The quote was for $3,000.00 which I thought was excessive and therefore I obtained a second quote for the identical specifications. The second quote was for $600.00 which makes Brisbane Splashbacks quote 500% more expensive.Clearly price gouging is alive and well and therefore make sure you obtain a second quote when dealing with Brisbane Glass Splashbacks.
