I’ve honestly been going to this place since 2019. At first I was happy with the services, however last year my hair was cut so thick and botchy (I wanted curtain bangs) I was so unhappy and am still waiting for my hair to grow back properly as I can’t even style it nicely when it’s out.However I kept going to do my eyebrows as I was happy with them, after today I walked out with missing patches in my eyebrows and when I said something about it was told no that she didn’t but it was beyond visible even others noticed it.I am so upset and will not be returning.

Romika is very professional. She is honest and always provides best advice. She will tell you straight up if something will suit you or not to prevent any disappointments. I have been coming to her since 2013 and never had issues. I trust no one but her when it comes to my eyebrows, hair cut and hair colour!

I never commented on others work.But this was my very worst experience. Did a hair cut for my daughter, it was my mistake I put some oil before her headbath but she didn't commented that before she start doing the hair cut..but once she spoiled the look she was mentioning that.she was in some hurry and spoiled the hair style..even I would have done better.

She did eyebrows threading in 2 minutes. She was very hurry, she cut me 4 times.I gave 2 stars because when I visited first time another girl, some employee did eyebrows that was good. But second time it was very bad experience.
