A Leading Industrial Cleaning Service
We agreed on 6 hours, to be notified if the clean would take longer. The clean took 8 hours, however we were not notified at all. The clean was sub-standard. Apparently that was our fault because the house was dirty, which is ironic since they had been cleaning it fortnightly for years. We will need to spend time cleaning it to bring it up to scratch.Even though we were very disappointed with the standard of the clean, we offered to pay the 6 hours we agreed to but that was unacceptable, even though that was the verbal contract we had.I would not recommend anyone to their Services
