Bed are not comfy. My family could not sleep well. Bed room with 3 bed is too small and tight.

Very clean and well maintained. Everything was new and beautiful. Swimming pool was great. Staff were really nice, we requested a late checkout and they happily let us. Will defiantly come again

The rooms are very modern, spotless, had everything we needed. The beds were very very comfortable. We stayed in the one bedroom apartments then moved to Annie’s house which was lovely and also had everything we needed. We were visiting mum in hospital so being only a 2 minute walk was very convenient. The owners and staff were also lovely and very accommodating as we weren’t sure how long we were staying in Dubbo. Highly recommend. Thank you, Wayne, Lena, Adele and Kelly.

Absolutely would recommend staying here to anyone.The rooms look even better than the photos. Check in was so pain free, the room is perfect and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the AC gets you comfortable in a few minutes even on a hot day.The little things you don’t get in an expensive hotel are the cherry on top (a hotel manager who recognises you, PowerPoints + USB chargers near the every bed plus a bottle of proper milk in the fridge) are amazing.Thank you for looking after us, I’ll be back for sure!

The room was very clean, well presented, lovely shower, and homely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It's nice to stay somewhere, where, the operators have pride in their facilities.

We have a very nice 3 room apartment. The staff seem very friendly aswell. The location is quite central in Dubbo and this should definitely be a great place to consider for anyone's next stay in Dubbo.
