Luke was an amazing representative. He was thorough and helpful. I'm in love with my second Merida from 99 Bikes. Excellent. I bought all the extras and trimmings with his patient, thoughtful help and expertise. He mounted everything, I ride away happy ☺

Don’t normally leave reviews but feel this was was necessary. Huge shout out to Chris from the service team at Brookvale. We struggled for months to get new forks installed on our Norco e-bikes due to a challenging headset size. (They come with a 1.8’’ tapered and these are not available in Australia). Chris went above and beyond to find us new headsets so we could fit Lyrik Ultimate forks. No other shop or service mechanics had any answers for us, but Chris was able to get it all sorted.

We have bought multiple bikes from 99Bikes, which've been great quality which an equal level of service. But the ultimate test of a brand is how they handle the inevitable issues that occasionally occur with any product, regardless of quality. 99Bikes excel in this regard. The issue was escalated and taken seriously. They were committed to resolving it as quickly as possible - guaranteeing our trust in the brand's integrity and our future patronage.

All the staff are friendly, approachable and professional. This is important because I don't know much about bikes and some bike shops can be a bit intimidating. Not so 99 bikes. Have been assisted by Dave on two separate occasions and both times he has provided excellent customer service. Thanks guys- we'll be back!
