Forcing my elderly mother who has several medical conditions and who has recently undergone lung surgery to wear a mask when her specialists have given her a medical exemption is ludicrous. You don’t accept exemptions is the most moronic sentence I’ve heard come from a hairdressers mouth and is also illegal and discriminatory! Educate yourself and do better! $55 for a trim with no wash or blow dry. And the cut was terrible. They’ve missed lengths of hair at the back. No wonder your salon always looks empty

I would give a zero if I could. Disgusting services. Discrimination. Absolutely horrible. Forced my elderly grandmother to wear a face mask against doctors advice. Didn’t realise hairdressers had a medical degree on the side. Shame on you for trying to tell my grandmother what to do.

Listen, it was my first time getting my hair professionally coloured. I didnt like getting laughed at by the hair dressers or getting hit in the head by her either. The colour was fine but she said she was fixing the cut and gave me 2 bald spots at the nape of my neck and didnt make the sides even, for this being my first professional colour i will not be coming back here and i will continue to do my hair myself.

Went there today for my annual haircut and I had Emma (I hope I remembered her name correctly) help me out. She was amazing! So friendly and made sure I was happy with what she was doing every step of the way. I will defiantly be back to see her. Thank you!
