Called Craig on a public holiday and he was already out on another call out. Came and fixed it our issue only about an hour later- pretty good I thought. Super professional and very knowledgeable. On top of it all a really nice guy. Will make sure all my friends and family call Craig for all their plumbing needs.

Connected us to mains sewer and decommissioned our septic tank. Great communication and certainly quality in everything they did - would not hesitate to recommend them - fantastic.

Craig was very prompt in responding to my call to rectify what we thought was a blocked sewer line on our property. First attempt that day seemed to rectify the problem with the drains emptying, but the following morning it was just as bad. Again Craig was very prompt in attending and this time was able to determine that the blockage was in the mains. He immediately notified Yarra Water of the problem and they attended later that day to rectify the problem. Crag also advised me that we would be able to claim reimbursement for his invoice. When we received the invoice I was very pleased with the amount charged. Somewhat less than expected going by previous plumbers used over the years. I'm glad to have made contact with Quality Plumbing and will definitely be happy to use them again. Thoroughly recommended. Allen
