The hypnotherapy I received helped me realise that my current fears dated back to childhood trauma. Once this was recognised, I could start the healing. Hypnotherapy also helped me to stop smoking and lose weight. Also, the workshops I attended were amazing. It enabled me to recognise the path I had chosen in this lifetime. Jasmin is gifted, patient and understanding. I highly recommend her.

The hot stone massages here are so lovely. I was so stressed when i went to get one and it really helped relax my system and relieve some anxiety. I have also been for her remedial massages and I enjoy them so much, just the best for tired bodies. Thank you Jasmin for the hard work you put into your treatments. I highly recommend Jasmin for excellent therapeutic and professional sessions.
