Lisa had lovely strong hands which is great for trigger point release and loosening up tight muscles. Her bubbly personality was wonderful too.

I have spent the best part of this year bouncing between Podiatrists and Physiotherapists for my torn meniscus which I re-aggravated this year, causing some pretty extreme pain in my leg as my muscles and nerves were in a really bad way. This pain has become debilitating as far as my gym training and even dog walking was going, I have struggled so much and no matter how much treatment I received, I just was getting nowhere!A week ago I was recommended to Lisa by a colleague of mine and this amazing Irish woman has completely changed my life! Irish gets her hands right in there, if you love a deep muscle massage shes ya girl.I have previously tried heaps of 'deep' massages around the area and they all end in disappointment.. expectations were well exceed with Lisa using a mixture of methods to release the muscle tension amd has also been helping recover post shoulder surgery.
