Twice in two months now, my upstairs neighbors have had... window issues. Each time I have reached out to multiple emergency cleaning companies. Rakib from OZ Cleaners has responded whereas others that purport to provide 24/7 emergency service did not. The most recent time was today, Mother's day. He and his son made it out in a matter of hours, they remembered my place and brought a quieter model of dehumidifier, and took the time to answer questions and explain the options.

I found OZ Cleaners on Google for post-renovation cleaning. I called and Achala answered all my questions in detail and was able to give me a price over the phone. We had a full renovation of the upstairs and some on the main floor. The ladies were super professional, helpful, and nice. We used them again after we moved all of our furniture and appliances back. They also cleaned one of my rugs, having picked it up and then dropped it off a week later. Very happy with the services and recommend their work

After having a negative experience with another company, we had them come out and clean our gutters. They answered right away, and a few days later they were on the job. The cost was extremely fair. Even images of the before, while, and after were sent. They provide Melbourne's best gutter cleaning service, and I heartily endorse them.
