A fantastic place to stay. Such comfortable beds, plenty of room to spread out, so clean and tidy. Extremely close to the Alexandria fountain. Lovely staff

A clean, large and comfortable room with balcony! Kitchen and bathroom both equipped with the most modern and quality fittings. Exceeds hotel four star quality. Combine that with its central but quiet location in the trendy part of the city centre (art gallery and much more), I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Only stayed here for one night - we'd come up from Melbourne for a funeral. Lovely comfortable room and couldn't believe the bathroom, stunning. Simon was so friendly and helpful, we'll certainly stay here again.

Had to cancel my booking 2 weeks ahead of time. Charged me the full amount as a cancellation. Ignored the cancellation and multiple messages. Sent me an email the morning of the stay to say they'd txt the entry code. Never did. It more or less a scam. Awfull

I had the pleasure of a 2 night stay and the service and deluxe twin queen room was So wonderful. Simon at reception was such a friendly and helpful gentleman. The cleanliness of the room as a whole for a motel was exceptional.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Checked in at 4pm to just put my bag in the room. Came back at midnight and there was hair all over the bathroom floor and throughout the bed sheets. Room was dirty throught and obviously not cleaned in between guests. They had another 2 days to recify and clean the room. Unfortunately that didn't happen. 3 night stay and the room wasn't cleaned once. Simon, the owners response was - bad luck. Stay somewhere else where they actually clean the rooms and care about customer satisfaction.
