Click & Collected a brand new iPad from here. Was asking about case sizing for it and the staff member was unsure and said he would check if they fit that specific model of iPad. He proceeded to open up our iPad and try and force the case on, after a while we said that it's probably best not to force it on otherwise it might damage the device.He proceeded to pack the device back in its box, leaving marks and finger marks on it. We did go back in and make an enquiry and got it all sorted out but it was definitely an interesting experience.

Brought a 65in TV from there yesterday, the silver haired sales agent became rude and arrogant after not wanting to spend above my budget, then claimed that the $99 product care and extra surge protection wouldn't be covered by my insurance, which is a complete false statement. I found him greasy and sweaty and became abruptly rude when he could not get an extra sale.

Couldn't get service.I asked at the front of the shop what I wanted, I was then sent to the right of the shop.Checked all aisles out, couldn't find what I wanted. Waited for some time, still no service, so after waiting about 20 minutes, I walked out of the shop.
