Yvon and her staff will make you feel like part of the family who share in the love of horses and the correct way to ride and care for them. Yvon’s passion and knowledge is boundless and infectious.My 11 yo son now has a skill for life - and I can’t recommend Meraki more highly.

My whole family come to Meraki Equestrian Centre and we love every second of it. Have not been able to find a place to compete with this lovely facility. We drive 4 hours from Townsville for lessons. Such well natured horses and the team here are so friendly and welcoming like one big family.

My daughter loved this place. Such a well set up and extremely well organised place.

Great to see a young woman with so much drive to make a first class facility in Far North Queensland. To have a very professional teacher of Yvon’s ability is great for children and also for adults wanting to learn or aspire to be a better rider. The horses are kept in such good care. Truly a first class operation

I had my first lesson with Yvonne the other week on my new horse. Both of us being new to dressage I have been looking for a coach that will push our boundaries to help us improve but also puts the horse first and does not encourage forceful methods or quick fixes to achieve results. Yvonne is definitely that type of coach. I gained so much from just our 45 minute lesson. She knew straight away where to start with us and I have so much to take away and practice on. Most importantly Yvonne pushed us just that little bit out of our comfort zones and my confidence was greatly improved. My friends also enjoy their group lessons with Yvonne. Wherever you are at with your riding or your horse, you will certainly have plenty to take away from a lesson with Yvonne =).

My son absolutely loved school holiday camp and is looking forward to ongoing riding lessons with Yvon. We love the new venue at Walkamin!

I'm agisting my pony at Meraki. Yvon takes care of her like she's her own and I have no stress knowing she's looked after so well, fed and loved on every day. Yvon has helped me out with unexpected vet issues also when I was too far to get up for vet visits and subsequent medications so I have peace of mind that Yvon has all bases covered. Thank you Yvon!

Excellent!! Yvon and her team really know their stuff and are only too willing to help you learn more about everything horses.The centre is really great and getting even better with a brand new undercover arena currently being built.
