My hair is very long and I desperately needed a hair cut. I live at Westside of the city , not many Asian hair salon. I booked Colour Rain on Friday 31/03/2023 at 4.30pm but the traffice at M3 was so bad .I left work earlier and prepared for an hour on the road but still could not make it. I rang the hair salon, and pleased them to squeeze me in if possible @5pm. I said other customer could use my slot @4.30pm. They rigidly replied we didn not put other customer @4.30pm and we are fully booked , we cannot squeeze you in. This is not the first time they react this to a customer. Despite all my effort I got to Sunnybank @5pm. I went to Atto Hair Studio to try my luck. At the beginning they politely said they were fully booked, I begged them I really need a hair cut, I live at the other side of the town , have no time to come back and forth. And the traffic is really bad every Friday afternoon. They finally said yes. ( Point to Atto) . The hair dresser Kim assigned to me, I asked him to cut to certain length, and with a bit layer, plus I wanted to try some fringe. He did it all and helped to me style my fringe as I was not sure if it suits me or not. I really liked my hair cut so do my friends. Thank you Atto Hair Studio. ( more point to Atto) I know $70 for a hair cut might not be cheap, but my hair was really long till my tail bone. It was worth it.

Found this place on google as I’m here for 2 months vacation from california and needed a men haircut. Kim the stylist took his time looking at how I style my hair and asked questions before he started. He made sure I was comfortable with a few sample cuts to the side of my hair before he started. A sign of someone that cares for their customer even though there was a language barrier we were able to communicate and understand one another. My haircut came out great and I really appreciated his time and effort in taking care of me and the attention to details he put in to ensure I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Kim!

I had a really pleasant experience today with hairdresser Kim and the assistant. Kim had thorough understanding of my previous damaged hair and he managed to address it and treat it accordingly. I've gotten hair cut, extra treatment and chemically straightened the results were amazing! Although I've asked all separate services, instead of pricing it individually (which would've made it more expensive), they suggested as a package price which made it cheaper. I appreciate their service and the pricing consideration. I understand how others may think that pricing is considered expensive but, for me who had this type of service before, comparing the results, I believe it's reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the conversation and their family like environment among the other hairdressers too!! Definitely will come back again. Only thing I may suggest is that having chairs to seat for visitors at the front might be a good option rather than only back seats.

I have tried this salon last week as I read some good reviews from online. So regret it!!! I hate my new colour now which is really dark and look weird + older. I told some ppl about what the guy advised me at this salon and they just laughed, he has not much experience though. I have just booked a new appointment with other place to fix itWhat the waste! $300 + time + anger

I was at the area and went there for a haircut, with one of the senior hair stylist. I requested for layered hairstyle. He cut my hair with zero attention to detail. he didn't adjust my chair height but he didn't bend his body even once during the process! he didn't checked the hair length. After he dry cut my hair, he straight away blow dry it to style! I was surprised becausd my hair was not fresh, and I was not offered for wash and dry? I would be happy to pay! After he blow style it looked good obviously. I was surprised thaf he didn't check the hair again. When I got home, I washed my hair then i can see very messy cut, uneven hair ( not the layer!), it is the worst hair cut i've ever had. I have to either blow dry it/ curl it or ponytail to hide the ugly hairstyle! I have a long thick layered hair and just wanted to cut the dry end about 3 cm but it turns very ugly now. I have to get this re-done! He finished cut my hair in less than 15 minutes, paid $65. I don't recommend this hair salon. There are definitely much better hair salon than this one.

I just had my haircut and hair colour today and Im very happy and satisfied with the result. Kim was my hairdresser assisted by Sally. He suggested me a nice colour and the result was amazing. I highly recommended this salon. They have promotion and the price was not as expensive as I was expecting. I saw some reviews saying it's a bit pricey but I find it just right. Will definitely come back again.

Kim did a great job! I am very happy with the new hair color!
