Finding a suitable tutor is difficult, there are a lot of companies and individuals offering a multitude of services and widely different costs. I sent out for a few quotes, had some stark disappointments and poor or pushy communications. After a week I was a bit despondent. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by A Team Tuition. My daughter was originally daunted by the prospect of having to do tutoring each week. Now she looks forward to having the lovely Ava come to our home and teach her maths in a fun (but educational) way! Not only have her results improved at school, but her teacher tells me her overall level of confidence with the subject has improved as well. She recently did a preliminary test where they test the students before they learn the content, and she scored 50%...
