WISE Employment has been great, they have helped so much, they helped me get employed and have supported me the whole way. The Casuarina office is useless. Didn’t help me find work. When I called or sent emails it was hard to get a response from staff.

Wise are very responsive to client concerns and I am really impressed.I contacted the head office because the employment advisor I had did not do her job (she didn't call me at appointment time, then blamed me for her mistake in spite of me having messages that show reception would call me at the appointment time etc!) and I got a message from centrelink my payments would be suspended as a result, triggering chronic anxiety on a Friday when I couldn't fix anything until Monday.)Wise took my concerns seriously, referred me to the local manager and changed the advisor I work with and did not make me feel bad about complaining. (in fact they seemed grateful to get the feedback)My new advisor has been amazing. Super Kudos to Miranda for her insight and support, I almost changed providers and I am so glad now, that I didn't.

When I was told to provide documents so I would keep receiving payments from Centrelink it never happened even I sent the documents and reported but my payment was never restored even I sat on the phone 3 time throughout the day for about an hour at a time only the not be paid not eating for 2 days is fun only to find out I have to wait 4 more cause it just hit the weekend
