The staff at Vision Rad Mulgrave have got to be the kindest and most professional people I have come across. From giving a gentleman a bottle of water after his scan, to actually meeting the apponted time, they were pretty much on point on everything. Thanks for a relaxing experience guys!!

Rude staff rearranged appointment without calling or texting or emailing. Had to rearrange the week to suit the appointment. The rude staff at reception didn't apologise and kept saying they left a message. This is not true as we have the voicemail and phone records, they are confirmed liars.

Very short waiting time and very efficient staff. I was looked after by two lovely young ladies today Anoushka and Jordana(l think that was her name) Very polite, friendly and easy going ladies. Thanks for your gentle and caring ways.
