A comment on basic customer service: even after contacting them by phone and email we still haven't had our quote sent through and it's been two weeks since the initial inspection.

Leaking tap replacement: overpriced, did not explain the cause for leaky tap. I bought a dorf kitchen mixer which he replaced and said he cannot tighten it up further as dorf uses a manual wrench and is not as sturdy as one would like (Dorf being one of the best brands)! The tap is very flimsy and feels like he has not tighten up the base of the mixer well. Complete waste of money and time. I had to get another plumber to fix it properly. I will never recommend p and g plumbers to anyone.

Matt came to our house this week to replace our broken toilet and he was amazing. He was very professional, very accommodating and did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend R&G and the team for all plumbing work, we will definitely use them in future.

Charged me $600 to replace a tap and a filter. Overpriced to say the least. I priced the filter later on and this charge was ridiculous. I don't recommend these people.

After a local plumber failed to unblocked our drain, I got R&G Plumbing in and they managed to do the job, for half the price too.Would recommend.
