Worst experience ever the examiner was rude which is not good for a government service provider. They could have been polite to the examinee.

Recently done my driving test here and had a lovely instructor named Ben, would highly recommend if you get him. Lovely man thankyou

I attended my driving test few days ago at Coolaroo driving centre with SAME the girl with cover head. and she’s not friendly and racist, as i was sat there waiting in front of the desk hear she said to her colleague that Tuesday is not her day. I'm not lucky. She give me no for every box very mean feedback the examiner was aggressive she used loud voice to talk with me and she is type of fighting person always ready to have a go at me. She can’t just screaming yelling at me when she give me feedback. Her job is professional , this is not personal things and she is very fastidious. She made me feel scare and stressed…. I think it's hard to pass a driver's license here.

Just had a drive test here. My examiner (not gonna mention name) was excellent. She tried her best to make me relax, didn't condescend nor dictate. Every examiner should at least behave that way. Well, I failed my test, but the good-mannerism fairly redeemed it.However, they seriously need to water down the driving rules, especially regarding the headcheck and mirror check. I failed because I didn't check rear mirror everytime I hit brake. I should have done so to avoid another car behind me collides with mine.In all respect, that rule is a bit exaggerating as every car already has brake lights to warn any driver behind. Furthermore, the rules already suggest every driver to keep distance with preceding car. If we must mirror check that one in additon to many other circumstances, we will eventually lose sight what is in front of us and it's dangerous too.Not to mention that, in some cases, examiners criticize head check, mirror check, or indicators simply because they did not notice the testers doing so, which is unfair.Nevertheless, I already booked another test here again. Hoping the service and the test rules gets fairer.

It was my first time being there and I enjoyed the Time there.Great staff with very positive energy towards customer service.I wish all Vic Road employee in every centre start going with same energy.When I was there they saw us waiting in queue and one nice guy just stepped forward to help us and did all the paper work.Really if every centre start giving small briefing to their team to help the people our experience would be different.Great work team.

I had a very bad experience in this place, and I think they are making people fail the test unfairly.Also I didn't know I had the option to talk to a supervisor to review their decision.So if this happens to you do it, because this place is just awful.
