I had issues with my car’s performance that were not picked up by a different mechanic...I took to Chaplin Auto Repairs and was pleasantly surprised at the old school service, I was called with a diagnosis, told what parts would be needed and quoted a repair cost. On picking up my car I was showed the old parts and charged exactly what was quoted. Great service by an exceptional team.

I recently took my Accord Euro here. Glen gave the best customer service I have had in the industry. He was straight talking, didn't try to upsell me, has a deep knowledge of the cars he works on - and he is very competitive on price!Chaplin Auto is the only mechanic I'll be going to from now on.
