Thanks to Sachin and team for such a wonderful clean.

**1.5 stars**We hired Shield Cleaning Services for a regular house clean.Unfortunately, we weren't happy with the service for the following reasons:- Not reliable: Shield cleaning was scheduled to come to the house at 3pm for cleaning. At 2:30pm, they called to cancel and to reschedule to the next morning with no reason given and without apology for the inconvenience caused for us (as we had to reschedule the next day's plans to accommodate them the next morning). We were lucky that we hired their services 2 days rather than 1 day prior to having an event at our house otherwise it would have left us with a lot of last minute stress.- The poor quality of the cleaning: They tried to leave without vacuuming any of the carpets, claiming that their vacuum cleaner would not remove the dog hair (though we had told them of the dog hair in advance and they had been ok with this beforehand). We provided our vacuum cleaner but found that they hadn't vacuumed any of the sides or corners, with visible dust still left on the carpets (so we ended up re-vacuuming ourselves). They also did not mop under the dining table or mop the formal living room.- Attitude: They gave the impression that they just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible but didn't care about the quality of the work. We had to ask them three times to vacuum the carpets (they tried to leave without doing so). When we asked politely if they could remove their shoes (which has never been an issue with other cleaners we have hired), they refused and ended up leaving dried shoeprints over the mopped floors which meant we had to re-mop the floors ourselves. Lastly, when we raised these concerns with them during and after the cleaning, they made excuses rather than taking accountability.There were a few positives:- The bathrooms were cleaned well. We were happy with this.- If the quality of the clean had been better, prices would have been reasonable.

Good job done by Shield. Very friendly and professional staff. They reached on time and completed the work within the limited time given by me as i was i a hurry. Satisfied with the services offered by them. Highly recommended.

Really appreciate Shield for such a nice job done at my place. They sparkle clean my bathrooms and kitchen. I do recommend other to use their service as well.
