Little Known Makers

I love clay pots, for taste and health benefits, and this Clay Pot from Little Known Makers from Morocco is one of the best I have used! for the following reasons:1. Lid is light and has a beautiful seal to retain steam and nutrients in food.2. This pot doesn't hold onto moisture when not in use! some of my clay pots develop a short term mould when I go away or not use them for a week or so, but this pot does not. It is very easy to clean and maintains well.3. Is absolutely beautiful! Some of the other clay pots I have used are quite plain.4. Food tastes amazing! and healthy! + more - non-stick, retain complex carbs, retain maximum nutrients, the pot breaths well, cooking time is very efficient.. it goes on. You can tell as you can touch this clay pot during cooking process and it is not hot! (gentle heating mechanism) , cooks with oxygen and sustainable.HIGHLY recommend. I absolutely LOVE Little Known Makers. An amazing story behind it (Fair Trade accredited and handmade in Madagascar) and the products are simply gorgeous.I have one of the bags which is beautiful and super functional but also the natural fibres mean it's an incredibly sustainable and eco-conscious design. I have one friend who was so in love with my bag I ordered one for her too!I'm counting down the days until I can invest in one of the Little Known Makers rugs too. I'm just waiting for my puppy to get a little older first!

We bought a beautiful Moroccan area rug from Little Known Makers. It’s extra special as it is hand-made and uses superior quality wool - making the rug soft and comfortable. I especially love that Little Known Makers showcases and supports works made by lesser known craftspeople. I also found it useful that they thoughtfully, included care instructions for their rugs on the website. Excited to see what other products LKM has.
