Can’t fault the service or equipment at all. Jack kept us informed and was very quick and efficient with replies/communication. Family and friends commented on how good the equipment was, as most are very worn and ‘old’. Couldn’t recommend them more, will definitely be using in future for events.

Absolutely so happy with Jack and how helpful he was, great communication and prices and delivery and pick up was no dramas. We got chairs tables and popcorn machine - the popcorn machine was real hit and the smell was amazing. We also got let down by another Party supply place on the day for a slushie machine which Jack didn’t have available when we ordered the other gear and due to a cancellation he was willing to help us out at the last minute with that as well. Thoroughly recommend Jack and Impact Party hire.
