My husband and I just had hands down, THE. BEST. MASSAGE. EVER. We we were in a spot for two and our masseuse’s were amazing. My husband had hurt his back and his masseuse has left him totally pain free. Friendly service too - thank you so much again!

The Chinese Traditional style Massage is really nice , After being treated , i comes to alive after being stuck by back and neck pain for several days , all the worker there are all friendly and professional . I’d love to recommend this shop to anyone who need it.

Tried to call to lodge a complaint however number just disconnects. I visited with a friend on Saturday 15.06.19 for a 30 min remedial massage, I had Tani as the massassue. After I left I felt discomfort in my lower back, I didn't think much of it until the day after when I could not stand, bend or walk properly. I visit a specialist and was advised my spine had been twisted from the massage which was causing all the pain. It's now Wednesday and I'm still in so much pain. I had to take time off work and pay out of pocket expenses to see physio to realign my spine. I went in healthy and came out with this issue. Extremely dissatisfied with the service!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL,Lady who massaged me has no experience whatsoever. She also finished my massage at only 45 minutes. I had paid for a full hour. Very poor massage quality and finishes up the massage way too early.

Went for a full body massage today and had the worst experience! Not only was the lady massaging so quickly and rushing, she kept pressing so hard onto my bone whilst I can feel her nails digging into my skin even though I told her to be gentle. I came home feeling more sore and I had scratch marks and bruises on both my arms.

The first time I went to this place in Liverpool next to Kmart it was amazing and I felt like I was walking on clouds when I left there.So my partner bought me a voucher for my birthday as she knew I liked The massage so much and when I went back With the voucher I had the most horrible experience in a massage ever and my partner was very upset as the lady felt like she did not want to do the massage and rushed everything and also when she could see it was hurting she would keep doing it harder in the spot I was in sensitive pain like my shin bone and she was also knuckling the top of my feet and I left there feeling worse than when I went in.so the reason I gave three stars for this review is because the first massage deserved five stars even more and the last massage deserved zero star do not pick Nouth to do massage.

I went there for a neck and shoulder massage 10 months ago.I was on the massage table for 10 minutes when the lady came in. She suddenly pressed me very hard on the ribs" with her right elbow and cracked 3 ribs .We both heard the loud ' cracking " noise. I was suddenly in a lot of pain and couldn't move. She did apologise. I never received the neck/ shoulder massage.However when I informed the owner/ receptionist she just ignored me. No apologies

Been here for years but unfortunately one of the ladies there lowered my expectations. Usually they provide the best remedial massages. She kept speaking to her colleague on the other side, leaving me unattended on the table for about 4 times, stroke some oil on me with no pressure or effort. Then, as she was finishing the somewhat massage session, she kept digging her fingers into my neck with obvious friction while pausing to concentrate on her phone. worst experience ever..
