Great place to learn. Great environment

I had an amazing session with Coach Dean! The gym has top-knocth techniques and it is your choice to go for light rolls or very strong rolls. I am impressed with the great welcoming of headcoach and members. The gym is also very family friendly with a great environment for getting the little ones into healthy and disciplined environment. I am not a local but it is definitely a gym I always want to visit when around the Sunny Coast!
