Love the staff and the consistency! I have never had a broken mail! I get my eyelash extensions done here too! Perfect!

Today i walked in just wanting natural acrylics tips because i’m not meant to have them for work. I told my technician Lyn this and she answered my prayers!!! I’m so, so happy with what she’s done and her customer service was great. She constantly asked if i liked what she was doing and made suggestions to make them look more natural. Lyn is amazing!!! Anytime i want my nails done i go to wynn nails and beauty! Highly recommended by me xx

I gave this nail salon numerous chances, as I believe one bad experience doesn’t define the overall business. But sadly, the situation never improved.The entire experience here is rushed and sloppy. I can't tell you how much time was wasted here—the last time I went, it took over an hour and a half just to get my nails done. When it is finally your turn, they work so fast to keep up with the number of people they are supposed to serve that the end result is poor. On at least three occasions, I experienced bleeding cuticles.I thought booking ahead of time was an option, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for someone to begin working on my nails; even more disappointing was watching the staff take booking calls and never write them down (this happens twice while working on my nails at the same time). This shows that they don't value their customers' time.

By far, the worst experience till date, won’t be visiting this place again. Over booking customers when having inadequate staff with a 40 min wait, despite calling ahead for appointment. Went in for a mani-pedi, left disappointed with a poorly done shellac pedi, by a staff who was so rough in her technique and mannerisms. Icing on the top is they go on to explain the procedure to me and justify their thick application, as if I do not understand what/ how a shellac is done. Even 1 star is too generous.

Visited the salon yesterday and as soon as I walked in the lady recognised me from my last visit which was amazing because she knew exactly what I wanted without having to ask. Lyn was so sweet and took attention to detail and did my nails exactly how I wanted. Will be coming to see Lyn next time again!

Go anywhere else, but not here, they are so bad at manicure and pedicure that I can't believe it.

I do not recommend their eyelash extensions.I had a refill and after a couple of weeks of having them, I was in a lot of pain and couldn't work out why, then as my eyelashes started falling out, I could see that 4-5 of my natural lashes were glued together to one synthetic lash. So the pain was the lashes stuck together whilst growing at different rates, hence pulling out the ones that were not ready to grow yet. I was left with hardly any lashes and huge gaps in my eyelash bed.I will never go back again as I have had them done at other places that never glue more than one natural lash to one extension at a time.

The quality of manicure and pedicure is quite good if it’s done by a young lady with short and one long haircut (don’t know their names). However, most of the time I will need to wait for a very long time even though I made a booking. This is disappointing! Today it took me one and a half hour to get my manicure done (sns). Last time I waited for even longer time. I left the salon with a headache today, won’t go there anymore. Today the quality is pretty bad, had blood on my cuticles in three places one of them being very large. After finishing, i even asked them to even one of my nail as it was pretty uneven. Just saw second nail is also quite uneven. Very disappointed! Their prices are reasonable though!

Really happy with the detailed work…!!! Professional service and nice staff.Would definitely recommend to everyone.
