Ampol Foodary Reservoir

Was my go to fuel stop but called in around 0510 to get fuel and told I can’t get it until the attendant does some tasks. Opens at 0430 signs are on and displaying fuel prices but bowsers are not working? He then dipped tanks, emptied bins, refilled window washing buckets etc and at 0531 I am still standing here waiting for fuel? There is no hurry or even a remote sense of urgency from the attendant. You can buy anything in the shop, he goes back to serve customers for coffee etc but just can not get what the main product is - fuel! If. It serving turn main price display board off! Absolute disgrace, my poor planning I guess, should not let my tank go low expecting fuel from a service station 60minutes after opening.

I took the car to hand car wash next to it. They overcharged me ($100 instead of $60) and at the end when I showed them some areas which have not been cleaned properly, the person running the place said that cleaning of those dusts is a part of detailing. He said this is the job we do (for the money I paid) and if youdo not like the job, do not come again. I said to him that it is not the way to talk to a customer. He grabbed the money from my hand angrily and walked away, shouting and swearing. very rude

I have been a regular at this petrol station and have been going there for the past year, but the way i was treated today by the lady in her 50's or early 60's was highly unprofessional and has left me completely speechless. This was my 2'nd time being treated unprofessionally,first time I thought she was having a bad day but can't ignore it again. I think she should be polite and humble which she is not in any way or will ever be. I am so very disappointed in this attitude and I don’t think I can come back to this petrol station again.

One of the worst service stations I have ever been too, the woman who works there around 3-4 is the rudest most useless worker ever, don't go here..

It's meant to close midnight they closed just after 11, lights was still on and the price of the petrol was still displayed as when it's closed the lights are off. A mate of the worker came in a motorbike and they drove off, more than half an hour before it was actually meant to close.

Very bad customer service, the lady works their and her name is Rubab. She doesn’t know how to use the system to generate invoice and very ill mannered behaviour. Never ever go to this Ampol.

Petrol, Diesel & Gas...They sell out here by the tank full!Plus a nice little eatery inside.

The counter guy was very nice and helpful.

Have been going to this garage for 4 years almost every morning now, very good prices ok fuel and necessities in store milk bread ECT, mostly served by rubah who is a very respectful worker always goes the extra mile to help where she can, almost always have decent sales on buy two products aswell which is handy
