Bought hair clippers this afternoon. Staff were helpful in choosing the right ones. Just after something basic, good quality, with good warranty. Came home and used them, they cut beautifully. Pleased with the service.

If I do not get a free product after I've been given 4 faulty Wahl products and having to pay for 5 hair cuts I will be taking further action unbelievable. Worst products. Compensate me otherwise this review should fairly remain here. Terrible products that should not be sold to the public

Have a faulty product? Expect to battle with these guys. One of the moles who works there just wouldn't budge even after explaining the story. Awful customer service. Ask to speak to the owner of the franchise (Miranda in this case) if you have an issue. Seems to be alot more understanding and easier to deal with than some of the floor staff. Managed to sort out a refund after speaking to the owner.

Wow I walked into the store today @ 4:20pm 29/12/16.Tall sales assistant didn't even acknowledge I was there. Clearly did the same to the man who was already in the store because he walked out. I browsed for a moment to see what would happen . However it's pretty clear the guy working there didn't want to serve anyone.So naturally I left. Can't say I would bother going back. Well done shaver shop you clearly train your staff well
