Parking spaces are tight but you can usually get one at least. They often do not have a consistent supply of some products here. It's almost impossible to get more than one non express checkout running at a time. Waits can be long in peak hours. Presentation is fairly decent. For some reason there is a gloomy feel inside this place.

Young Staff and young managers' attitudes are not favorable.A few staff members do not want to help at checkout. As a customer, we know some features but staff without even trying to say No" that's impossible so it's our job to educate them. If they don't know

The store is well positioned with lots of underground parking which includes dedicated pickup bays. It's also undergoing another upgrade cutting out the breaks in the carosels making the aisles long. For some reason the smell around the Deli area seems to not be resolved making it unpleasant to be in that area. Otherwise a large, well stocked store with helpful staff.

I don't recommend using self serve any more. The new scan assist" cameras on the poles accused me of stealing the items I bought because I paid in 2 transactions. Played back video highlighting the items I bagged and paid for 2 mins earlier. Not good treating your honest customers like thieves"

Convenient and great. The displays are a lot better but I miss the old staffs before the new system came in. They were hardworking and genuinely helpful. Either way this supermarket is placed at a great location. Love the deals.

Its raining and i cant walk home, because paper bags broken whwn wet. Why you hate people ? Why you charge 25p for nonusable bags ? How is that good enviroment when my groceries are spilled on ground because paper bag broken ,because wet ?!?

Young staff members seem pretty disinterested and unenthusiastic to help customers. The self service machines keep breaking mid use and when asking for assistance the staff respond with rolling their eyes.

The young lady Ella in the deli. I have a disability and she was extremely helpful and thoughtful and kindhearted. She went above and beyond for me. Thank you Ella! :)
