I wish I could give zero stars, that's how dreadful their service was, from beginning to end. From the salesperson, Darren who appeared uninterested and unwilling to help us until we said that we would place an order. To the delivery process where we felt that Bevmarks threatened us. Again Darren whom we spoke to over the phone was very rude and tried threatening by forcing the delivery people to stay inside our house until a second payment was made ALTHOUGH WE HAD ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT OVERNIGHT which hadn't reached their bank account yet. So we sent them proof of the pending transaction through a screenshot but they didn't think it was sufficient and were unwilling to wait for the transaction to be complete and began harassing us. I felt really uncomfortable as the delivery people were forced to stay within our house while I was on the phone with the bank trying to find a resolution and while on the phone the delivery person gave me his phone telling me to talk to Bevmarks at the same time. I became overwhelmed as although I had told them there was a 40-minute wait they kept pushing over the phone for a second payment and I had to get my husband's support despite him working from home. We didn't pay earlier because each time we called they said there was a delay and I didn't want to pay for something that we weren't sure of when it would be delivered.

Be careful once they got your deposit you’re trapped…Dishonest: Give a 12- 14 weeks timeframe verbally with a hint of arriving early then put 14 weeks on invoice.No communication: Follow up after 12 weeks got told off to wait until 14 weeks. Followed up after 14 weeks only been told it’s not ready. Been given different dates twice and both no show and no communication.Take no responsibility: After all the mistakes without acknowledging their mistakes they blame customer anger because of not receiving goods without admitting lack of service.They use price meet other competitors to get customers, over promised for the service and leave customers in the dark.

Profiting from Your PainEarlier this year we purchased a king size bedroom suite from Dharshinee at Bev Marks NorthLand. We explained to her that one of us prefers a firm mattress and the other a medium and that we were considering a dual comfort mattress. Bev Marks were unable to supply this type of mattress, highlighting quality concerns. On this recommendation, we tried a few mattresses before selected the Swan Bedding, Marble Arch Medium mattress. On the day of delivery, both side tables were defective and needed replacement, it was disappointing that these were not check before shipment or upon delivery. Eventually the side tables were satisfactorily replaced, two weeks later! Unpacking the mattress, we noticed stitching defects and informed Bev Marks, who informed us that these are common and our request for a replacement mattress was rejected. The mattress we trialed in-store had no stitching defects and we were not informed that this was a possibility at the time of purchase.The first night sleeping on the new mattress, I experienced upper back pain, which I’ve never experienced in my life! We persisted with the mattress, even trying a pillow top, however it eventually resulted in us both experiencing back pain and we had to resort to sleeping on a spare mattress. We explained to Bev Marks our concerns that the mattress was no longer safe to sleep on. On there advisement, I reviewed their display mattress, it seemed a bit softer, but it’s difficult to tell when they are not side-by-side. Bev Marks organised the supplier to inspected the mattress, unfortunately it took so long, we needed to purchase another mattress. After several weeks Jason, the supplier, inspected the mattress and it seemed we should be able to organise a replacement, however he’d need discuss it with the store manager, Darren. More weeks past and I finally received an email stating that the “mattress is free from defects and is same as the display model. This concludes the end of the warranty claimed raised.”Australian consumer rights state that the product has to be an acceptable quality, which means it’s safe to use and free from defects, this mattress fails to provide both. We now have a mattress that I do feel comfortable letting anyone sleep on.Bevmarks don’t stand by their motto of a ‘Better Sleep. Better Life’, they are only interested in their profits and will happily risk the safety of their customers to get it. Go to a reputable mattress supplier that has a 100% money back guarantee, like Sleeping Duck and don’t believe the lies about the bad quality of mattresses in a box. If you don’t believe me, read the findings by Choice, they found mattress manufacturers make many claims about how their beds feel and what they can do. Their testing shows that this advertising can be untrue. You can add Bev Marks and Swan Bedding to this list.

Great service by sale staff and subsequent communication re final payment and delivery.Annoyed that I had to pay $50 when mattress delivered for them to take mattress out of the plastic and place on bed.Also delivery staff referred to me as an Old Lady" when on the phone!!!!Would hardly call a 60 year old

Me and a family member visited this store yesterday morning and were so happy with the service we experienced! Our sales person was mick and he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product he was suggesting to us, as well is very understanding about my needs for a new mattress ! Very thorough and you could tell he genuinely cares about his role. Great work bev marks we will return!

Amazing experience. We have purchased from Bevmarks at Northland many times for our family. Darren the store manager served us 5 years ago for our mattress and I have no purchased all of our kids beds and holiday house bedding with him. I sent my parents to see Bevmarks and Darren and again they had the same amazing experience I had continually had over the years. Thank you all.
