The place looks run down, needs a clean up

Sapphire Pools has been unreliable, are unable to complete the pool installation, has underquoted for all services, has charged per hour for digging work that was not completed, uses contractors that cannot do their job and completed illegal work practices. Sapphire Pools also need to reconsider their planning for projects, their estimates" for amount of time and supplies needed has increased the cost of this project by thousands of dollars.They have underquoted for time needed to do the job and it is still to be completed.Do not use this company to install your pool. Look elsewhere."

We purchased our pool on Valentine’s Day and were swimming in it in March which was faster than we thought. Our salesman Cliff was great and really made an effort to understand how we would use our pool, and then made recommendations on both the model, extras like spa jets and placement in our yard. Our pool is beautiful, exactly what we wanted and the whole process has been smooth. We had two small hiccups, and the team at Aqua Leisure Technics had them sorted out within 24 hours. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Nothing but exemplary service here

We are first-time pool owners so were not sure of anything. Sapphire pools were amazing and helped us through everything and happy to go out of there way to assist and answer any questions. The Sapphire team on install day were amazing and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was happening and when. The handover team were 10/10 explaining everything the way I needed it to be done so I could understand how it works and why. We have been using the pool every day and got a spa jet upgrade which was worth the $ for sure. We have a mineral pool system and have not had any issues at all and highly recommend as you cant small any chemicals in the water at all.

Never go with this company again... worst company ever.. my pump not even a year old and it's stuff and these guys won't help
