2 years in a row my aircon died in Summer. Last year waited 8wks for repair, this year I have been waiting weeks and yet again came with the bloody wrong part. Why bother sending someone to check it out in the first place, just order a random part, bring it round and realise, yes, it's wrong........not impressed, very hot and I have no patience for incompetence. Please let me know how you are going to subsidise my rent and when you can send someone around with fans to keep my family cool ..... Villa 6 at Varsity Lakes

Not a great experience. Had air con routinely serviced, did not work after service. Took over 3 weeks to get someone back to look at it. They found a fault, don't know why was not noticed on maintenance check. They then charged $165 for checking for fault and quoting a new one. Won’t use again.

After being let down elsewhere, Coolco/ Paul responded quickly to our inquiry. They listened to our requirements, and preferences and came up with a solution, which was a 15.5kw 6 zone ducted system to an older 2 storey property that only had split systems. Their quote was fair and about $4k cheaper than the most expensive quote we had. The guys came early one morning before I left for work, and were completed just before I got home after 5pm. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous throughout, and best of all the job was done to a good standard, and in a timely fashion: from quote to the installation day took <3 weeks. We are very happy with our system and their service. Thanks

Geckos damaged the 2 circuit boards and had to be replaced. I had 3 quotes and the Coolco's quote was the best one.They' ve ordered parts and fixed the ducted air conditioner within a week.I'm very impressed with their workmanship and will call them again if I ever need a repair job in future.

Absolutely terrible service with baffling wait times.I recommend avoiding this company for your air conditioning at all costs.
