Bought it Friday, they promised to deliver on Saturday at 4pm, and the truck was there at 4pm sharp. First time in my life a delivery was precisely on time. The HEALER 4D chair is fantastic. High quality build, easy to use and something I look forward to every day. My wife gets good use out of it too. Worth the investment.

Wow...we regretted that we didn't purchase more earlier. The only & best healing we have at home after busy work. We chose ELEX as it is based In Perth and easy to access for warranty or whatever. We definitely recommend you if you can't go to your therapist every morning and night!!!

We did not plan to buy any massage chairs but we bought a 4D Pro heated massage chair Elex at Carrousel Cannington last week after having a try at the shop as we found Elex massage chairs are beautifully designed and it works on your body very effectively . We really enjoy massage by the Alex massage chair.

We are quite happy with the chair itself but probably not the whole process. The 5 stars is for the chair only & delivery man, he is professional & friendly.About the purchase though, there wasn’t any communication regarding delivery. Also, the chair arrived 1 week later than what the salesman has told us & we have to call the company for update of our delivery, twice.Overall, we are very happy with the chair. Best massage chair ever.

The massage chair is fantastic and I'm addicted. I am still playing with it as it has 24 programs. The price was fantastic as we got top of the range for half price. The sales people were excellent, they explained everything, were not over pushy, got back to me straight away and answered queries on their day off. The delivery was literally the next day. Word of warning, go for gentle setting, you can turn off foot when on manual and start with less time and build up. My only criticism is that the instructions are not good, but we have solved that I think by just playing and testing! We love our massage machine and fight over who is going on it first! I might go on it now:)

Genuinely looking after you as a customer. We came across a scam, which we contacted Mat from Elex who supported us in avoiding being scammed from a false pretence of genuine Elex chair same. You know the nature of if it’s too good to be true it usually is kinda situation. We are beyond lucky he was willing to assist us in this instance. We proceeded to make the purchase with Mat.As for the chair, I am a remission cancer patient, and my husband is a tall, strong fit man. The chair is able to provide functions that suit us both without any issues. The chair meets our needs at both end of the scale. We both feel fantastic after using it. Refreshed and for the first time our health benefits from using this chair is amazing. I am already reducing my painkillers as my back no longer hurts. The tight tension headaches gone, lower back pain gone, in all honesty Seth it’s weight in gold.Again a very big thank you to Mat from Elex team who made all of this happen.

Excellent service from the Elex Massage Chair team. My wife ad I had been looking around at different chairs, and the customer service here, compared to the previous other vendor we had visited was excellent. Talked my wife thru all the chair features putting her mind at ease with all the questions she had. Chair has just arrived, 9 days after ordering, and I am sure it is going to get a good workout.

The Elex Staff in Perth were very helpful while we looking at, buying & then following up with tracking our order of an Elex chair from Perth in Western Australia.
