What an amazing experience! Cathy is professional and so friendly. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as I passed the door. I had a mud treatment, facial and feet exfoliation. I felt fresh and reboosted after the treatment. The next day my partner booked the Spa therapy for men and loved it! We will definetely go back next time we will come back to Cairns.

My partner called up to request a pregnancy massage, we paid in full over the phone $235 for a massage, body scrub and facial for 90mins. She arrived it was unprofessional service, no pregnancy table was provided and now has a niggling back injury. To top it off a guy walked in off street shouting and distrupting the massage. Then my partner was asked at the end how she was going to pay. Not sure why so many good reviews. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Cathy is absolutely amazing! Her spa is beautifully presented, she has a very high level of cleanliness, and she truly looks after you to ensure you have the best experience. Initially I was a little hesitant with the spa & sauna due to Covid, but everything was sparkling clean with fresh towels and supplies, so I was put right at ease. It's obvious that her clients health is her number one priority. I've also had the body scrub, facial and massages. I recommend them all for a relaxing treat and self care. I'll keep coming back Cathy - you've earned a loyal client for life!

Cathy was very personable and had great attention to detail in the massage and foot exfoliation, which was very much appreciated, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Lovely lady but wouldn’t recommend due to price point and what you get in return. Had a facial and the appointment was literally just massaging 10 different creams into my face. The whole process felt very unprofessional from no skin consultation, therapist walking in and out of the room, music stopping because phone going off, conversation topics etc. I really expected, not to mention needed a relaxing day spa facial and it didn’t deliver. I’m sure the place usually doesn’t operate like this given the highly rated comments but unfortunately this was just my experience on the day.

Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, Cathy is awesome, I came out feeling a million dollars after my treatment. Will definitely be going back. And u get to pat the cutest salon dog ever. Thanks Cathy.

Me and my friend were excited to do our first spontaneous facial as we have never had one before and we were strolling through the city and thought why not? I thought i was in for a half an hour of relaxation but god i was wrong. The lady was nice i do have to hand her that but she obviously doesn’t know social queues as the whole time she would not stop talking. I even mentioned it was my first facial and she said “well your in for a treat” When she said that i didn’t know it was also going to be a therapy session included. The sad thing is if she had never kept obnoxiously speaking then the facial definitely wouldve been a solid 4 stars however i paid for a facial not for therapy. Do not recommend this place :)

Cathy is highly professional and offers a great service. Excellent location with calming interior. Keep up the great work ! Definitely an oasis in Cairns
